Novice
(Beginner)
This level is designed to introduce students to basic gymnastics skills on floor, bars, balance beam, vault and trampoline. Classes meet once or twice a week.
Level 1
This class concentrates on basic skills on the floor exercise, bars, beam, vault and trampoline. Basic dance skills are introduced, as well as flexibility and strength. Classes meet once or twice per week.
Level 2
(Advanced Beginner)
This is a continuation of progressive skills with slightly more difficult skills introduced. Class time increases to 1½ hours and the participant may attend class 1 - 3 times per week.
Level 3
(Intermediate)
More difficult skills introduced, such as tumbling, vaulting on the table, and more dance skills. Students should attend at least two times per week. Classes meet for 1½ hours.
Mini-Comets
(Instructor approval required)
This class is an introduction to the competitive team component of our program.
Pre-Team
(Instructor approval required)
Students will be instructed on more advanced skills for all events. Participants will receive preparation for participation in competitive team.

(Ages 6 - 11 yrs)
Novice

Level 2/3
(Intermediate)
More difficult skills are introduced including the use of mushroom, tumbling on floor, strength and swinging skills on various apparatus. Students should attend two times per week. Classes meet for 1½ hours.
