The Rancho San Diego program is an offsite branch of the Cameron Family YMCA located at Jamacha Elementary School. We offer gymnastics for boys and girls from 2½ - 12 years of age.  All YMCA instructors are certified in CPR and First Aid.  They also incorporate the YMCA Character Values of: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility into every class.

Preschool Gymnastics

(Ages 2½ - 5 years)

This program gives the parent the opportunity to participate in creative play and movement exploration in a fun, semi-structured setting. Activities provided will help to enhance and develop flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and social skills.

Novice/Level 1, 2 and 3

(Ages 5 - 12 years)

Our progressive programs base skills on YMCA/USAG levels novice through level 3 (intermediate). The progressive levels practice all four Women's Olympic Events (which can also be utilized by boys): Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.

Tumbling

(Ages 6-12 years)

Learn general tumbling skills such as back and front handsprings along with cartwheels.
